Management System
To improve the quality of our products and services, we have become the first German manufacturer of inks to introduce an Integrated Management System (IMS). This system covers the fields of quality, environment, occupational safety, energy and protection against dangers at the workplace.
It means:
- Optimum product and service quality, integrated environmental protection, maximum levels of occupational safety and operational reliability and economic efficiency are corporate objectives of equal priority.
- The activities undertaken by the company in order to improve quality, environmental protection, occupational safety and operational reliability are the business of all employees, but we also integrate our suppliers and contractual partners in these efforts.
- Emissions, wastes and negative consequences on quality, the environment, occupational safety and operational reliability are either avoided completely or reduced to a minimum by technical and/or organisational means; for instance, the company does not use any raw materials that are classified as toxic, highly toxic or carcinogenic.
By introducing an integrated management system, we have attained a high degree of motivation on the part of our employees and optimum handling of our individual business processes. This gives our customers the certainty that we are doing everything in our power to provide them with the quality of products and services they expect from us. What’s more, we are facing up to the responsibility we have for our employees and the environment.
TÜV Rheinland Cert GmbH has certified that the systems for quality management, environmental management, occupational health and safety management satisfy the requirements of standards ISO 9001 (quality), ISO 14001 (enviroment) and ISO 45001 (health & safety)
